About
I’m not here to
make you an expert.
You already
did that part.

The worldview
There are brilliant people with decades of experience being commercially outperformed by people who simply learned how to package and communicate what they know.
That gap has almost nothing to do with talent, and everything to do with commercial architecture — what the offer is, who it’s for, what it costs, and how it’s sold.
I exist to close that gap.

The history
More than a decade inside sales: carrying a number, building and leading teams, training people to sell, and studying — closely, obsessively — what makes someone decide to buy.
Enough rooms to know that the best work in the room is rarely the most expensive work in the room. That kept bothering me.
So I stopped teaching people to sell harder, and started rebuilding what they were selling.
The work now
Today the work sits at the intersection of four disciplines: sales, communication, pricing and systems.
With established experts, that means naming the transformation only they can deliver, turning their intellectual capital into a signature experience, pricing it on value, building the language and sales process around it, and putting real infrastructure underneath demand and delivery.
Not manufacturing expertise. Properly commercializing the real thing.
